You’ll have space to talk about what’s brought you here and what you’re hoping for, and I’ll explain a bit about how I work. From there, we can decide together whether it feels like a good fit.
In ongoing sessions, we explore what’s happening in your life and how you experience it in your thoughts, feelings, body, and relationships. Each session is different; some feel more reflective, others more practical. My aim is to offer a steady, honest space where you can make sense of things and begin to feel more at ease in yourself.
