I see therapy as a calm, supportive space rather than somewhere to find quick fixes. It's a chance to slow down, make sense of what's going on, and talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of being judged. Sometimes that means looking at old patterns that keep showing up. Other times, it's about finding new ways to deal with life's challenges.

My approach is based on Gestalt therapy, which focuses on what's happening for you in the here and now. Together, we'll look at your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and relationships to build a better understanding of what's going on and why.

Many of us develop ways of coping that made sense at one time but don't help us anymore. These patterns often begin earlier in life, but they can also develop through difficult experiences as adults. Therapy can help you notice these patterns, understand where they come from, and decide whether they're still working for you.

My role isn't to give you all the answers. It's to work alongside you, helping you understand yourself more clearly and supporting you as you find ways to move forward that feel right for you.
