Therapy in Abergavenny and Online Across the UKYou may have found your way here because something in life isn't sitting right anymore.
Perhaps you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, struggling in relationships, or carrying a sense that you've lost touch with yourself. Sometimes there is a clear reason for seeking therapy. At other times, there is simply a feeling that something needs to change.
Whatever has brought you here, reaching out for support takes courage. I offer a warm, thoughtful space where we can slow down and make sense of what is happening in your life. Together we can explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships and experiences, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and greater freedom in how you respond to life's challenges.
I try to work in a straightforward, human way, not as an expert who has all the answers, but alongside you. For me, psychotherapy is not something that is "done" to someone. It is a collaborative process of exploration and discovery. Rather than focusing solely on solving problems, therapy can help us understand how difficulties have developed, how they continue in the present, and what new possibilities might emerge.
My approach is grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy. This means paying attention to your experience in the here and now, exploring how you relate to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. Through greater awareness, you can begin to recognise patterns that no longer serve you and create space for meaningful change.
