I work with adults from all backgrounds and life experiences, and I am fully LGBTQIA+ affirming. There’s no “type” of person who comes to therapy, everyone brings something unique, and all experiences are welcome.

For me, the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of therapy. It’s in that connection, built on trust, respect, and openness and that real understanding that change can happen. This is as much about "can you work with me" as anything else.

Whatever your situation, my aim is to create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be heard, understood, and supported in finding clarity, balance, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Over the course of my journey as therapist i have supported many people with a wide range of issues.
These have included: Trauma, Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Self Harm, Bereavement, PTSD, Stress , Neurodiversity, Gender, Sexuality, Grief and Loss.
